Bryce H. Swindle VFW Post 10630 was chartered on March 11, 1989. Our Post is named after Command Sergeant Major Bryce H. Swindle, a 30 Veteran of the U.S. Army who earned his VFW eligibility serving in Vietnam. Additionally, he was a member of the elite Golden Knights parachute team where he was selected as "Golden Knight of the Year" in 1970. Finally, Bryce was a past Commander of our Post and an ardent supporter of youth programs throughout the Hope Mills community.
